Kelly Smith has provided consultations for thousands of job candidates and hundreds of employers filling various positions of employment across the USA. imag During her twenty year career span, Kelly has worked as a recruiter within both an H.R. Corporate and agency environment. Job Seekers enjoy working with Kelly’s great sense of enthusiasm and ability to educate the candidate as to how they can best gain employment. Employers hold her in high-esteem due to the quality of candidates that she brings on board and her ability to council the hiring authorities on all facets of the recruiting process.

Kelly has written numerous articles on staffing for reputable trade publications and e-zines.

After graduating from San Jose State University, with distinction in Speech Communication, Kelly entered her dual career of recruiting and stand-up comedy. Today she is a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management), ERE (Electronic Recruiters Exchange)and CCA (Christian Comedy Association).

To keep her sanity in the high-pressure world of recruiting Kelly writes and performs stand-up comedy. You can find her working her new material at many of the local comedy clubs across the nation and you can find her jokes in joke books at retail bookstores.
